We are having fun with Mother Goose this week to help understand rhyming. Today's craft was Humpty Dumpty. After cutting out an egg shape, I cut it up into three pieces. I numbered each piece.
Each egg was cut up differently. The kids put the eggs back together again, using the numbers as a guide if needed, and then glued them to paper with the numbers facing down.
Then they drew in a face and a background. We had some cute Humpty Dumpties!
Happy New Year Betsy! The Humpty Dumpty pictures are gorgeous!
